George Cleary has been appointed chief executive officer of Iluminage Beauty. Cleary has more than 20 years of strategic sales, marketing and management experience in the beauty industry. Prior to joining Iluminage Beauty, he served as president of Coty Beauty Americas, where, according to Iluminage, he transformed the company into a market leader and quadrupled sales. Before joining Coty, Cleary spent 15 years with Johnson & Johnson.
